Nvidia GeForce GTX 460M

The Nvidia GeForce GTX 460M is a graphics chip set for notebook computers built for entertainment. It features many of the same features as the full-sized Nvidia GeForce GTX 460, but changes have been made to save power and remain flexible for a variety of laptop installations.

DirectX 11 is fully supported with Shader Model 5.0, enabling fast rendering of 3D graphics. Video decoding is supported with specialized acceleration routines, and CUDA technology enables fast computation for these tasks. The chips are 3D vision ready, and the drivers are regularly updated to keep the chips efficient and current. Full HDMI 1.4a support enables the output of audio and video in high definition to an HDMI port, and HDCP support enables a 2560x1600 resolution display.
