Nvidia GeForce GTX 285

$350.00 Released January, 2009

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Can still handle any game on DX10, full settings, with playable frame rates. Stock fan runs fairly quietly when in light to moderate load. Surprisingly low idle power consumption for a dual-GPU card.

The Cons:Very long and unwieldy--will likely cover up SATA ports on most motherboards. Outdated as compared to Nvidia's DX11 45nm cards. Runs very hot with stock cooling--may require additional cooling in some cases.
