Product Shot 1The nVidia GeForce GTS 360M is a mid-range graphics processor for notebook computers. It features a GeForce GTS 360M processor with 96 cores that has a recommended speed setting of 1436MHz. This puts it ahead of the nVidia GeForce GTS 260M, but in every other way they remain the same.

High definition video is handled directly by a PureVideo HD processor which supports HD standards up to 1080p. Intense graphics are given full support through DirectX 10.1, Shader Model 4.1, and OpenGL 2.1. Games can take advantage of NVIDIA PhysX technology for realistic physics rendering. Linking with a second GPU is supported through 2-way SLI, allowing for a boost in processing power. Hybrid Power Technology allows the second GPU to power down when not needed to prolong battery life.
