The 9500M GS is a step up from the 9400 GT/M products, offering approximately twice the performance in a mobile configuration. Features found on this 9 series card include 3D Aero support for Windows 7 and nVidia’s PureVideo HD engine for offloading CPU intensive video playback. A total of 16 CUDA cores are built into the GPU, allowing specially designed applications such as Badaboom to perform specialized tasks. This DirectX 10 graphics card has the clock speed set at 550MHz, while the memory clock is rated at 400MHz. The standard memory configuration stands at 512MB, which is generally more than enough for modern PC games.
