It differs from the R5770-PM2D1G only in adding VGA connectivity via included DVI-to-D-Sub adapters. It lacks the more advanced cooling and overclocking capabilities of the PMD1G. Overclocking is still possible, however, via Afterburner and MSi Dot Express technology. It also includes features not available with MSi's lower-end graphics cards, including ATI CrossFireX for multi-GPU scalability, and ATI Stream, which accelerates certain non-graphical applications. The graphics card supports DisplayPort and HDMI outputs in addition to DVI and VGA.
