MSi N275GTX Lightning

The MSi N275GTX Lightning is a desktop graphics card based on the high-end, DirectX-10 GeForce GTX 275 from Nvidia. While the N275GTX Twin Frozr variations resemble more closely the base Nvidia GPU, the Lightning boosts its core clock from 633MHz to 700MHz and its memory clock from 1134MHz to 2300MHz.

The Lightning utilizes 1792 MB of 448-bit, GDDR3 memory, enabling strong performance in demanding games. The GPU also improves on the power design of the GTX 275, with 10-phase PWM and dual-fan, five-heatpipe cooling, and voltage check points enabling advanced overclocking via the included Afterburner utility. Power consumption is high as a result, but MSi claims its Active Phase Switching technology can maintain over 90% energy efficiency. The graphics card supports HDMI, DVI, and D-Sub outputs.
