The Cons:Some fan noise can be heard, not extreme but it is noticeable. Can't handle the high-end games at full resolution.

The HIS Radeon HD 4350 H435F512H is a 512MB 64-bit DDR2 video card with a PCI Express 2.0 x16 interface. It has DirectX 10.1 and OpenGL 3.1 with support for dual-link DVI and is HDCP ready. It has a built-in fan and requires a 300W or greater power supply.

It includes an onboard fan to keep the board cool, however it may be loud.
