EVGA GeForce GT 240
$115.00
Released November, 2009
The Pros:Overclock friendly due to good drivers, bios, and cooling system. Offers a wide range of features such as CUDA and other processing functions. Good cooling performance with the stock fan, does not produce too much noise.
The Cons:Not so good for gaming enthusiasts, does not provide the performance given its price. Does not include the usual life time warranty from EVGA. Doesn't match the gaming performance of the 9800GT in the same price range, although it does have other media and processing features that the 9800GT don't have.
The EVGA GeForce GT 240 is a video card for the entry-level gamer. The processing power and memory will support most applications and games, although higher end applications may need a more expensive alternative.
