ATI Radeon HD 2900

The ATI Radeon HD 2900, available in XT and Pro models, is a mid-range graphics card. Supporting DirectX 10, it provides a significant upgrade from integrated graphics but without enabling top performance in more demanding games.

 Clocking in at 600 MHz, the HD 2900 Pro is available with 512 MB or 1 GB of GDDR3 memory; the XT jumps to a clock speed of 740 MHz, but is available only with 512 MB of memory. ATI Avivo HD technology decodes HD video and 5.1 surround sound and provides support for HDMI output. The Radeon HD 2900 also features CrossFire multi-GPU technology for scaleable performance.
