The ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4600 is a series of graphics card designed to deliver incredibly intense HD entertainment. It is capable of delivering full-HD 1080p allowing you to enjoy Blu-ray movies and other HD content with incredible visual fidelity while also giving home-theater class audio and also features dual stream Blu-ray picture-in-picture capabilities.
There is a DisplayPort with audio and the built in HDMI port supports 7.1 surround sound allowing you to enjoy HD video and full surround sound through your home theater system. It also is capable of delivering unprecedented levels of graphics realism thanks to 320 stream processing units, up to 1GB of memory and support for Microsoft DirectX 10.1 games. Enhanced 4X anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering lets you jack up game settings for further game realism without slow down. The 4600 series offers platform-independent intelligent power management delivering the required power for intense applications while conserving energy when at idle or when demand is low. Battery life is further extended thanks to platform independent graphics switching technology which lets you enjoy maximum performance when needed or long-battery life when on the go.
