It has a fast processor and reasonably fast memory, and uses a V-Cool Heatsink to keep the card's temperature low without making any noise.
The processor is a 725MHz ATI Radeon HD 3650, which works with 512MB of DDR3 memory. The memory clock is set to 1.4GHz, and runs in 128-bit mode. Outputs include VGA, DVI-I, HDMI, S-Video and Composite for HDTV. There is also HDCP support for surround sound. The card takes a standard PCI-E 2.0 slot and can display at 2560x1600 resolution.
