The HD 6790 GPU clocks in at 840MHz (the 6850 is at 775MHz and 6870 at 900MHz) and contains the same 256-bit memory bus as the next two graphics cards in the series. This graphics card gives 134.4 Gbps of graphics memory bandwidth and is equipped with DirectX 11 technology. The AMD App Aceleration in this card allows running multiple applications smoothly and efficiently. It also gives fast game playing action with realistic effects. The HD 6790 also includes the AMD Eyefinity technology which enables the user to play games across 6 screens simultaneously to enhance the game playing experience.
